  1. This is a long story but I have to share it. First of all , the live support is abysmal, I often have to wait for 2 hours to get a reply and when I do if I dont respond within 2 minutes I get kicked from the chat. Since I lost somewhere between 15-20k $ in the last month or so here, I demanded that I atleast get some bonus in return, since my RTP is insanely bad. I talked to live support 3 days ago (GEH name of the support agent I guess) and was told that she contacted my VIP host (I am level 38 VIP) and that I will get contacted by my host regarding my request. You can see that conversation in one of the screenshots I am attaching here. After waiting for 3 days and getting no messages from my host, I contacted live support today again. An agent firstly told me that to get a host a player has to be lvl 38, which I am. When I sent him the screenshots of my conversation with GEH from 3 days ago, he completely ignored my messages and sent some random generic messages that meant nothing. After I demanded an actual reply to my question did his colleague lied he told me that I don't have a host. So basically she lied, he lied about lvl 38 and getting a host and in the end just told me that I don't have a host. This is beyond absurd and unprofessional and disgustingly unfair to me. I've been very loyal, had hundreds of deposits already and this is the way I get treated? For the love of God, if a moderator replies here, PLEASE don't reply that I send an email to your support again. Last time I sent an email to that adress you always suggest I waited 10 days for a reply that didn't contain any answers lol. PLEASE resolve this problem here or contact me directly on my email or via messages on your site. Thank you
