Our PM ecosystem needs to be optimized in some way. Every player's voice is appreciated by BC.Game. Feel free to let me know whenever you have thoughts for building a better community. If you take a look at the bulk of private messages, the majority are used to beg or harass players. Anything in a casino should be able to be said in public. Other conversations need to be taken to a platform such as Telegram, to be frank. Other than that, there really aren't any other solutions for this unless you have someone monitoring PMs constantly, which in that case its no longer a private message. May not be the answer that everyone wants to hear, but this is the reality unfortunately. We do have a set of rules for chat however we will internally discuss this to have a stringent set of rules so it becomes a safe space for everyone. However if you see privacy settings there is an option where you can select to receive messages only from people you have added as friends. That helps in filtering out unwanted messages from anyone. Fedupkpc Posted June 6, 2020 Share Posted June 6, 2020 The imposter is using tele as a platform more so that BC pm. But.. I’d be helpful at BC if is our PM messages didn’t get randomly erased. Once trusted, I use past conversations to verify a player. When they get erased, that’s hard to do. Not too mention.. Player beware... everybody should be accountable for their own coins and if they freely pass them out it’s kinda the players own fault. That being said, I think when ever a scam player is discovered, the player should tell scammer he is being reported and then it should be posted on tele. That scammer would have to work awfully hard to keep created new profiles to keep going. Lastly, Would it be possible to come up with a “verified” sticker / tag that could be attached to a player...color coded per level? Idk. Just some random thinking there. I really appreciate the freedom of speech in the chat rooms. I tend to curse a lot and I don’t ever do it to intentionally to offend anyone and there’s prob been a few times where my conversations have been “adult” to say the least. It’s my way of expressing my feelings and having fun. Sometimes I need to laugh off the loss. That being said, it really upsets me hearing of anyone getting their feelings hurt or feeling excluded from the chat. If that happens to you, please reach out to me (pm me *fedupkpc or hit me on tele @kcolvin )The BC English chat room is full of some eccentric personalities and humor tends to be the number one theme. The most important being the amount of impersonation attempts we get here. As of right now, a message history is a good way to be sure you are talking to the right person.
