Ocea45ish
Ocea45ish Posted just now I accidentally had sent it to the old address that was saved in my Eos address book. And I deposited around 40 dollars Canadian and support is telling me there is nothing they can do about it. I would rather not get jacked by some support clowns so can someone here on the forum help me out. My Eos address changed from what it use to be which was bcgame222333 or something along those lines and that's the address I sent it to I was not warned that my fund may be lost if I sent it to an old address they were just taken from me. Most websites support sending to and old address why doesn't this one? Why is support telling my they can't do anything for me... Please just help me out here I'm rather annoyed by this
Admin BCGame_Bob Posted May 22, 2022 Admin Share Posted May 22, 2022 @Ocea45ish Sorry about your trouble. For reference, we had the EOS address change back in early February and deposits to old addresses were still supported for the next 2-3 weeks after that change. Unfortunately we are in May and deposits to old addresses is no longer supported. Its always good habit to double check the address before sending a deposit
